Online Programs

All workouts are programmed on a three times a week basis. All programs consist of full body workouts as stimulating main muscles multiple times per week is the best way towards results. All exercises are hyperlinked to video demonstrations.

All payments are monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Payments will continue to be billed until cancelled manually.

You must have all equipment listed in the above descriptions in order to complete the programs. As for bands, I suggest the following:

Red Strength Band

Purple Strength Band

Northern Lights Mini Band

I suggest these bands because they're cost efficient and effective. they provide the best resistance and are the ones I personally use in my studio.
