All workouts are programmed on a three times a week basis. All programs consist of full body workouts as stimulating main muscles multiple times per week is the best way towards results. All exercises are hyperlinked to video demonstrations.
All payments are monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Payments will continue to be billed until cancelled manually.
At Home Beginner
Designed for females who are just getting back into fitness and working out at home. Workouts are effective but slower paced. Focus is on learning crucial movements and muscle recruitment. Must have access to resistance bands in purple, red & green.
Building On Basics
Designed for females looking to stimulate their muscles with the goal of getting strong and lean. They blend both mechanical tension and metabolic stress to give your muscles the basics for improving strength. Must have previous exercise knowledge as well as access to dumbbells, barbells, a workout bench and a mini green band.
At Home Fat Loss
Designed for females working out at home who are looking to step up their fat loss. The workouts are circuit based and thus will increase you're heart rate while pushing your muscles. Must have access to resistance bands in purple, red & green.
Geared towards females who are truly dedicated to getting strong. Must have previous experience with weights and understand basic form. The focus is on building strength through straight sets and thus aid in improving body composition. Must have access to dumbbells, barbells and a workout bench.
Designed for females looking blend both cardio and weights in a circuit style workout. Geared towards fat loss and improving muscle endurance by maintaining a semi-high volume. Must have access to dumbbells, a workout bench and a mini green band.

I suggest these bands because they're cost efficient and effective. they provide the best resistance and are the ones I personally use in my studio.
