Full of Rawsmmmness!!

So by now I’m sure we’re all aware that I am a foodie freak. I mean I love food almost as much as I love pole, and that’s saying something!

So the other day when a client of mine asked me to try her new bar creation I jumped on. Now, let me give you a bit of background on this lovely client – we’re twins! Not literally of course, but we’re definitely foodie twins. I’m pretty sure half our conversations revolve around our Vitamix and how we put them to use.

So enter the “Rawsmme Bar”. I was suckered in. It was so good – clearly good enough for me to write a blog about!

The bars are simple: chia, raw pumpkin seeds, raw walnuts, raw cacao, medjool dates, goji berries, raw unsweetened coconut- but that’s what i love about them. I love knowing all the ingredients in my food, and it being a short list.

Not to mention, if you haven’t noticed, these bars are chocked full of SUPERFOODS!! Even better!

The best part about these bars (for me) is that they’re not overly sweat but they come with an energy kick. After eating in such a way for so long- really sugary sweet foods just seem to hurt my mind. So these bars were perfect ๐Ÿ™‚
